With nineteen young artists who participated in the fifth edition of the fastest pop-up exhibition, MOAM was back in 2019. The exhibition showed unique, multidisciplinary work of 19 promising, female talents at the hotspot LAB 111.
Like the previous editions Gen’19 was open for only three hours, from 18:00 until 21:00. The 19 participants are all recently graduated in The Netherlands and are seen as the pioneers within their own creative fields – from animations to fashion design and from photography to illustrations. MOAM was the platform that connects young creative talent with iconic names within the (inter)national creative industry. Talent development and transfer of knowledge are key.
With this popup exhibition MOAM provided a platform, a network and PR for nineteen hand-picked talents, to show themselves to a bigger audience. The evening was supported by FEBO, Warsteiner & Absolute.
The all-female edition will not be the only twist that happened at this exhibition. MOAM created a unique art experience for the visitors. The participating artist created extra work especially for this edition, which visitors can buy from the iconic FEBO ‘trekmuur’, for only €2,-. In this way, MOAM offered the artists an extra way to showcase and sell their art works to a large audience.
